The McMaster Institute for Research on Aging (MIRA) and AGE-WELL have partnered to co-fund several trainee awards. Awards will be given to trainees who are working to drive innovation and create technologies and services that benefit older adults and caregivers. Projects must fit within AGE-WELL’s vision to harness and build upon the potential of emerging and advanced technologies in areas such as artificial intelligence (AI), e-health, information communication technologies (ICTS) and mobile technologies.
McMaster graduate students and postdoctoral fellows in aging and technology research are invited to attend an information session to learn more about the AGE-WELL/MIRA Co-Funded Awards.

Deadline to apply for funding: May 31, 2019
Available funding:
Master’s level: $15,000
PhD level: $18,000
Postdoctoral level: $50,000
